The Needle Phobia Alliance is a nonprofit organization that helps people with needle phobia. We offer our programs and services free of charge so that they’re available to everyone who needs our help. But we can’t do it without the support of our members — people just like you who make a gift to support our work.
Becoming a member is easy! Just make a gift of the amount that corresponds to the membership level you want. Membership lasts one year (monthly sustaining members will get automatic renewal, unless they cancel their monthly gift).

Membership Benefits
Level 1 Membership (any gift amount): Early-Bird Event Registration
When you become a Level 1 Member by making a one-time or monthly sustaining gift of any size, you’ll enjoy early registration for all of our support groups, workshops, and other events for one year. A limited number of early-bird tickets to each event are reserved for members!
Level 2 Membership (any monthly sustaining gift): Get a Thank You Mention in Our Newsletter
When you become a Level 2 Member, you’ll receive:
- A thank you mention in our email newsletter
- One year of Early-Bird event registration
Level 3 Membership ($80 one-time or $7 monthly sustaining): Personalized Thank You Card
When you become a Level 3 Member, you’ll receive:
- A personalized thank you card showing our appreciation for your support
- All the benefits of Level 2 Membership
Level 4 Membership ($120 one-time or $10 monthly sustaining): Member Spotlight
When you become a Level 4 Member:
- Your name and picture will be featured on the “Member Spotlight” section of our website for one month with a bit about you, why you like to support The Needle Phobia Alliance, and the impact that your gift is making
- You’ll receive all the benefits of Level 3 Membership
Level 5 Membership ($230 one-time or $20 monthly): Virtual Member Wall
When you become a Level 5 member:
- Your name will be featured permanently on our virtual Member Wall on our website
- You’ll receive all the benefits of Level 4 Membership for one year

You’ll automatically receive a membership valid through April 30, 2024.
Important Terms:
- The Needle Phobia Alliance has not yet received 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status from the Internal Revenue Service and cannot guarantee the tax-deductibility of donations at this time.
- The Needle Phobia Alliance reserves the right to change these benefits at any time, and for any reason, at its sole discretion. We will honor existing memberships when changes are made.
- Memberships are donations and do not entitle a person to voting rights in The Needle Phobia Alliance.
